Custom Orders Policy

Thank you so much for choosing The Lemon Clay for your custom order! My goal is to bring your ideas to life with beautifully handcrafted pieces 💛 Please read the following:

All custom orders must be submitted through the contact form. Although social media has easy ways of communication, our goal at The Lemon Clay is to ensure proper communication with the best practice being through email. Once the form is submitted, you can expect an email response within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends.

A 50% deposit is required upon the start of a custom order, sent via invoice through email with a secure checkout link via the website. This is to ensure follow through with the order as these items cannot be sold on the website. All products available on the website are crafted in bulk.

The remaining 50% payment must be paid before the item(s) have shipped. Failure to pay within 72 hours may result in loss of product and the deposit will not be reimbursed.

If the final product is not satisfactory to what was envisioned and discussed, we will remain in communication to ensure you receive a satisfactory product. If you choose to no longer follow through with the order due to this reason, your deposit will be refunded in the amount based on time spent on the order.

Orders that require shipping will be subjected to the $5.00 domestic shipping if the order is being sent within the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
